Future Plans

It was a future plan, but now it's a reality and that is to share our home in Soldotna Alaska as vacation rental. Since we are less than 10 min drive to public access to the Kenai river(Salmon central!), it's kind of a good location. 

The first step was finding a reliable cleaner who was not only trustworthy, but does an excellent job. We were in luck! The gentleman who cleans the church down the street, agreed to clean for us. We do have lots of lofty future plans that we hope become a reality! 

At the end of the 2026 season we would like to build a deck ontop of the shipping container with pressure treated lumber. This will be a cool place were we can setup a BBQ and have a nice picnic bench. 

But Kevin is getting a total hip replacement on the left side. So we are not entirely sure if he will be recovered in time for the 2027 season in Denali.
